Restaurant Management and Food Programme
This program is designed for those who want to work hands-on in professions related to meals, close to customers and guests in places like restaurants, bakeries, or shops. You can start working right after graduation or continue studying. Basic eligibility for higher education is included in the program to enable further studies at the university level.
What You'll Learn
- You will learn about traditional and modern artisanal methods, food production, cooking, serving, the meal as a whole, sales, service, hygiene, nutrition, special diets, and alcohol service.
- You will learn about planning, organizing, finance, and entrepreneurship.
- You develop your ability to interact with customers and provide service.
- Parts of the education take place at one or more workplaces for at least 15 weeks (internship/APL).
