The HVAC-R and Property Maintenance Programme
This program is designed for those who want to work with technical systems in buildings that provide heating, cooling, ventilation, water, and sewage, as well as with property services. You can start working right after completing the education or continue studying. Basic eligibility is included in the program for you to pursue higher education.
What You Will Learn
- You will learn about installation, troubleshooting, repair, operation, maintenance, control technology, and energy optimization.
- You will practice interacting with other people and develop your ability to be attentive to their needs.
- You will also learn how to manage and maintain properties, technical facilities, and systems.
- You will deepen your knowledge of how to use resources efficiently to save energy and consider the environment.
- Parts of the education take place at one or more workplaces for at least 15 weeks (Internship/APL).

Property
You will learn about service, operation, maintenance, system construction in energy technology facilities, and functions of systems with related components.

Cooling and Heat Pump Technology
You will learn about installation, service, operation, and maintenance of, for example, ice rinks, refrigerator and freezer displays, and heat pumps.

Ventilation
You will learn about service, operation, maintenance, measurement, and adjustment. You will also learn the function of different ventilation systems and troubleshooting in various ventilation systems.
